I've been running a Min scout since Chrome, why would I avoid using something that brings new life to the game for me not seen since I got my Isukone Nova Knives? The cloaks are a way to add entertainment, not a crutch for the good scouts, everyone else that jumped on the bandwagon when 1.8 hit are just the FoTM chasers. Those who've been in the scouting game since before 1.8 will wreck the majority of the new scouts, cloak or no cloak.
So... no. I'm going to enjoy screwing with people using this new, interesting toy CCP gave me. Don't like it? Take it up with my Isukones. They love meeting new mercs.

Was it a light frame then? I know I specced into some minmatar light suit shortly before Uprising was released, Nova Knives too.  Got the thing because I thought I could use the coloration of the suit to avoid getting spotted because, well, it was brown, and so was everything else.

I could have sworn it was Minmatar... Hm... Brown suit, specifically remember my thoughts on camouflage when I specced into the thing... Ugh. I hate my memory sometimes.
